Can I disable core isolation for a single application?

Since I changed from Windows 10 to Windows 11, the GT Arcade Android emulator no longer allows me to use it. I get an error message related to the virtualization machine. The emulator gives me a tool to do a "repair" which once done asks me to restart my system, even doing so the problem persists. I looked for another emulator Nox player and Memu, both have the same problem, investigating I found that this happens due to a core isolation function that Windows 11 has which provides an extra layer of security for a system.
