Can I Delete DianuryMaster IU

Hello,My computer came across a PUP known as PremierOpinion. After looking around my program files and using an ESET scanner, I found out that the spyware was linked to DianuryMasterIU (which was located in Program Files (x86) under the common files folder). I also found out the program was installed, without my permission, the very same day PremierOpinion started popping up on my screen. I quarantined the files, but I wish to delete them. I have tried to look up what DianuryMasterIU is so that I can make sure it is safe to delete. But no online information about it is surfacing. My questions
