Can I change the display of the groups in the ribbon?

Hi, all - Sorry if this has already been asked before, but if it has, I can't find a thread about it.My laptop recently updated to the latest version of Word on Windows 10 in the last week or two. Since then, I haven't been able to easily access most of the selections in the groups in the top ribbon.For instance, I use "Styles" all the time to fix spacing issues between lines, but the options aren't visible to me anymore. Meanwhile, I can clearly see tabs for "Adobe Acrobat," "Voice," and "Editor," none of which I ever use. Here's what the ribbon should properly look like (I explain where I go
