Can I ask how do I talk to the Agent of microsoft support so he could help me recover my account ?

Recently I got hacked and my microsoft account login was changed from my mail to completely different mail that I have never ever seen. I havent found Live chat button or even a way to live chat with some agent. Those "options" on microsoft support website DO NOT HELP ME AT ALL. So my last option would be the Live chat with some kind of Agent. Can someone guide me to to that?
