Can I access my email in a computer that has windows removed?

I want to remove the windows from my computer (windows 8.1) and I want to update to new windows version (windows 11 pro). I have purchased the product key and it is in my email together with the activation guide. My question is, can I remove the existing windows in my computer first and then install the new windows? If yes, how do I do that? As in, can I access my email even without existing Windows? Or do I have to transfer the links to an external drive to install windows?
