Can anyone please help me get into my Lenovo Yoga 460 ThinkPad again?

I've had nothing but problems with my ThinkPad. I don't know what happened but when you turn it on a black screen comes up and makes you write a supervisor password I think it calls it. After spending a couple of months trying to figure it out I finally figured out the password and I was so pumped I'd be able to start using the computer again but it didn't work out like that. After I type in the supervisor password on the black screen it takes you to the login screen where it says my Microsoft email address and says login under that.
