Can anyone please help for my pc infected with virus?

Hello .My computer was infected with virus because I downloaded corrupted gaming panel .So due to that there is many problems.1.Microsoft defender Antivirus found threat keeps popping us non stop and It wouldn't stop even if I turn on all windows security protection. 2.I deleted all virus downloading malwarebytes and also using (windows +run) (Temp)(%temp%).3.I also deleted all the panel and also the infected panel Now even after doing all so,the result are: a. Some apps icon like whatsapp,game bar,maps,mail and more are missing. b.I cannot uninstall some apps even in safe mode on like Blue
