can any1 please tell what happened to my laptop after windows update it doesnt launch games like valorant

d3d11 compatible gpu feature level 11.0 shader model 5.0 is required to run the engine this msg appears while launching game everything was allright before i used to get 144 fps and game ran smoothly but after windows 11 update valorant is not launching i have tried youtube tutorials but it didnt help please help microsoft communityalso i was part of microsoft insider program (now i am not )
