Camera not working after Windows update - 0xa00f429f<windowshowfailed>(0x80070003)

After the recent windows 11 update, my camera is not working and the error message i get is 0xa00f429f<windowshowfailed>(0x80070003) can't start camera. I checked the status of the camera and the drivers and it says its fine, but camera doesnt work. What to do?
