Camera not found issue in HP 14s laptop, windows 11 version

My laptop is HP 14s, ryzen 5, windows-11. It is not detecting the camera, when i open the camera it is saying as: We cant find your camera. Check to be sure its connected and installed properly, that it isnt being blocked by antivirus software, and that camera drivers upto date. If theres a physical switch or camera button on your pc, please make sure its turned on. I had checked with the serrvice centre, that camera is installed properly or not, they had checked and verified that camera is installed correctly. Please help me resolve this issue.
