Camera from monitor not detected by computer

Hello everyone,I recently purchased a new HP BANG & OLUFSEN monitor. Everything seemed to be working perfectly at first, but I recently discovered that my laptop (Surface Pro 7) doesn't recognize the monitor's built-in camera. I've tried making video calls on Teams and WhatsApp, but the camera simply isn't detected (as if it doesn’t exist).The monitor is connected to my computer via USB-C.Does anyone have any advice?Thank you in advance!
