calendar items changing meeting duration time automatically

Hi,

We have recently been experiencing an issue with a single resource mailbox calendar where when a user creates a meeting request for any duration of time, it will change to only a 10 minute duration.

This seems to occur overnight and not immediately.

It is also happening on multiple clients (both 2013 and 2016 Outlook) and for for multiple users but only one resource mailbox.

Has anyone ever experienced this issue?
