Hello,
A week ago I was task to update an important meeting to and send the update to 70 people but I also attached a couple of letters and for some strange reason some had received it as a cancellation. Needless to say that not only I was very embarrassed but couldn't fathom how the invite had reached some as a cancellation.
Can someone advise please?
