On a completely new windows install, with a new office install, I face the issue that when I make changes in the options of Outlook 2010 (e.g. select the emails to be checked every 1 minute, instead of every 30 minutes) the dates from the calendar are removed.
If I close and open Outlook again, the issue persists. However, when I start Outlook in safe mode, the calendar dates show again.
I assume it must be a corrupted profile again, as reported here "Received"-column empty in outlook 2010. However, this time it's a completely fresh Windows & Outlook install.
In order to start from scratch again, I did what is mentioned on Completely remove Outlook up and start afresh, i.e.:
1. I uninstalled Outlook (actually the entire Office suite)
2. I deleted all profiles
3. I deleted the tree under the registry key [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office]
4. I deleted the folder C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office
5. I deleted the folder C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office
6. I deleted the formerly used PST file.
Any idea what else I can try?
