Cached Mode and Email Marked for Follow-up

I am using Outlook 2019 with one year of cached email. Some of my email is flagged for follow up and shows up in my Task folder. If that email is older than one year, I do not see it in my Tasks. Even when I choose Show More to see all email, any email flagged for follow up and older than one year still does not show up in my Tasks.

Is there any way to make email outside of my cached time frame and flagged for follow up show up in Tasks?

Is there any way to keep any email that is flagged for follow up inside the cache no matter what date it was received?
