Windows 11, Lenovo laptop. Turned on laptop and password/fingerprint ID would not populate. Lenovo logo kept reappearing on screen. Force shut laptop for 1 minute (probably too long) and now have two messages: c:\WINDOWS\32\policymanager.dll is either not Designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original media or contact your system admin or other software vendor for Support. Error status 0xc0000020. Another window has me press Control alt delete which asked for my pin. I put in the pin, but it’s not recognized. Also does not recognize
