C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.EXE - keeps popping up and crashing my internet search - its SO frustrating - Help please!

I have followed previous suggestions of the CLEAN BOT - but it was OK for about 30 minutes - then the black pop up window C:\\WINDOWS\system32\cmd. again.It feels it is linked to google chrome and Microsoft wanting me to use Bing/ Yahoo.It shuts my internet searches down and is SO frustrating. Would SO appreciate all help! Thank you!
