C drive is getting full?

Hi, I need help.I've been careful with adding things in my C drive. But today, I noticed that it's red again? I haven't been downloading anything. I've been deleting things that could add storage in my PC. I'm confused. the program I use from C drive is Clipstudio paint. I was advised to put it there otherwise it won't work.
