I have a tablet Prestigio visconte V. And on it is a fresh installation of Windows 10.Touchscreen does not work in windows setup (oobe), but it does work in the windows recovery. I tried to reset windows many times, but every time the touchscreen does not work and when i try to go to command prompt or uninstall updates, it asks for the password of defaultuser0. I tried to boot from the sd card, but it is not shown and the previus owner disabled the USB ports in the bios.Also I tried to enter BIOS to enable ports, but it shows the UEFI boot menu and I don't have a way to interact with it.H
