Button Text Colour Option - Taskbar Colour

New Laptop on Windows 11, setting up display/colour text etc and found some options available if using a contrast theme and then not available if not. Example; when using Contrast Theme 'Night Sky' (or any Contrast Theme) the Taskbar colour cannot be changed, go to Personalization > Colors and the Accent Color is now disabled. I don't want the black Taskbar.Then using the Contrast Theme 'Night Sky' (or any Contrast Theme) the Button Text, Inactive Text can all be edited to select an alternate colour 'Accessibility > Contrast Themes > Edit Buttons' however the 'Edit Buttons' is not ena
