Burning Windows 11 Pro ISO to DVD

My laptop would not allow me to login with the PIN or my Fingerprint. I am trying to burn a Windows 11 Pro ISO to a DVD which seems quite impossible because the capacity/size of a CD-ROM is 4.7 GB. Is it feasible to burn the Windows 11 Pro ISO image rather to a USB drive? I am stuck. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.
