Built in webcam not working

[Windows Server]

I'm using a Lenovo laptop, which has given me close to no problems since I purchased it.However, my camera hasn't worked since I got it. All the troubleshooting and diagnostics I've done on my own has told me the camera is fully functional. I've tried looking it up and going through the steps several times, and nothing has made an impact.The camera does not work on ANY app on my system, it just shows a grey screen with a crossed out camera on it on every app I've tested it with.Any suggestions would be helpful!
