Hi, using an Alienware m15 R6 laptop, never had an issue, but all of a sudden my built-in microphone doesn't work at all anymore. When I run a test it says 0% volume detected. Seems like a pretty straightforward device, not sure what is going on. If I plug in headphones with mic it works fine, but I like to be able not to use headphones all the time. haven't really found any solution yet, tyia!
