Build PC keeps crashing when starting up and opening games

[Windows 11]

I have build a pc with the following specs:Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 Eagle AXCPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600XSSD: WD_BLACK SN770 NVMe SSD 2 TBGPU: radeon rx 580 (old gpu from a friend)Powersupply: Seasonic FOCUS GX-850 Fully ModulaRam: CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 32GBCooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE CPU Now I have had it for about 6 months and really always had problems with crashing. But I cannot find the source of it.It crashes when starting up a few times before eventually letting me on my computer.
