Recently MS added a "Downloads" button on the left of the MS Store just above the "Library" button. Microsoft Store August 2024 update rolling out to Windows Insiders | Windows Insider BlogThe behavior is inconsistent, the button is missing on some machines even if they have the exact same Windows Build number and the same version of the MS Store.No Explanation anywhere about the different behavior.
