Whenever I open my pc which uses Windows 10 operating system, it works perfectly fine for a few minutes. Soon after that, suddenly nothing works anymore: no application will open, I can't check my emails and even the settings app is useless now. This only started today, and yesterday (17/9/23) I installed an update and left my computer for the night. Could this issue be because of the updated I installed earlier or is it a fault of the operating system? And can anyone tell me how to fix it? The update is: 2023-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030211)
