I noticed a bug in windows 11 23H2 linked device option section that if I my system connected with internet and I open this option it works perfectly but if I my system is not connected and turn that option in setting that option is reflecting or flashing again and again. Please don't reply my system has problem because I suppose it is a Microsoft bug. Please fix it.
