Bug Do this for all conflicts checkbox not working Windeos 10 2022 Bug

This is an old problem and I see Microsoft has not fixed it.When you copy files to an Android phone via USB if you choose "Do this for all conflics" checkbox, it will only do it for the first file that has a conflic, but then it will abort the file transfer all together.This is a big problem, because people like me were all this time assuming that there was no error, but now I realize that probably many files have been lost because I was aware of this bug.No one does QA on something so important as file transfers?
