Bug Check 20001 from amdppm.sys

I have been having some freezing/crashing issues with my computer for a couple months now. It will freeze up or blue screen at random times to the point where I have no idea how to replicate the issue. Sometimes it happens multiple times per day, sometimes it goes a week or two without any issues. I tried a fresh install of Windows and that resolved it for about a week before the freezing/crashing started happening again.
