I know this is not the right place but I am not sure where to go. I try to purchase a pay for incident support and it keeps coming up with Tax calculation is unsuccessful. Please try again later. Been doing it for 2 days. Also when you call support, it will not allow you to go anywhere. it directs you back to the support page. Even if you say something total off base it tells you partner support. and gives you the url to come back to the support page where I get the error. This is very bad business for Microsoft.
