BSODs When CPU is underload.

Hello. I have been having problems with my PC for a while now. Games crashing when starting up or in the menus. Apps closing randomly, webpages getting errors. I have ran memtest and OCCT for memory checks, All clear. I have purchased a new GPU. Same issues are occurring. Stress test on GPU is fine. But when i run a CPU stress test through OCCT i receive multiple different bluescreens instantly upon running the test or if it isn't a bluescreen the application just closes immediately.I have tried just about everything, new ssd.
