BSOD's almost constantly with new PC (DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION)

Hi, I recently bought a second-hand PC and have been getting DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION crashes very often. I have tried lots of fixes including reinstalling/updating graphics drivers, wi-fi drivers, turning off antivirus but nothing seems to be working. It seems to crash more often when I am using Discord, as if I am just watching YouTube or listening to music it will usually not crash or only crash after a couple hours however when using Discord it increases heavily with it usually crashing between every 2-40 minutes.
