BSOD with Realtek driver

I have a BDOSstop code is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALWhat failed: rtwlane602.sysmy motherboard is a B650 AORUS ELITE AX rev (1.2)I have tried to update my wifi drivers to the most recent version and it is not working. I downloaded them from here B650 AORUS ELITE AX (rev. 1.2) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE U.S.A . When I install the drivers and run the application nothing happens and the drivers do not update.
