BSOD with message "SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" with Code "vgk.sys"

My PC just restarts sometimes while playing any game, with the Message "SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" and with the Code "vgk.sys" and from what i have found online people have recomended several things to try and fix this. From most of what i have seen it is related to Riot's anticheat Vanguard.Sometimes i can play multiple games of League of Legends, sometimes it BSOD in the middel of the second game. Sometimes it happens when playing a game unrelated to Riot.What i have tried:Checked my windows is updated.Reinstalled Vanguard and all things Riot.Checked my GPU driver are updated.It do
