It usually occurs when trying to shutdown or reboot the pc. It also often fails to go into hibernation.A sure sign that i will get a BSOD is when the bluetooth mouse has stopped working after a sleep or hibernation. And it has been so for over a year but not gotten around to do something about it as is only occurs when trying to restart it.Dump file 101924-38734-01.zip am not used to reading those with WinDBG.I have the Hyper-V installed but no active virtual machines running (it is mentioned a lot but not sure if its relevant)Fur
