BSOD with DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION error when using app & connecting phone via USB

[Windows 11]

I am currently trying to test a mobile phone using a network analysis app but at random points in time of using the app, i get a BSOD with the DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION error.I have tried to update my wi-fi and BT drivers as discussed in other threads but had no luck. I am using Windows 11 laptop with an intel 14900HX and nvidia 4060 laptop gpu. I have extracted the minidumps created:Minidump.zip let me know if this issue can be solved.Thanks!
