BSOD Windows 8.1/Windows 10 Problem

I wanted to talk about a problem with my computer blue screening. Just to let you know, I was on Windows 8.1, then updated to Windows 10. Before I updated, I had a little problem with my computer blue screening twice of just opening my web browser application (Google Chrome) to download the media creation tool for Windows 10. Right after opening it, my PC blue screened. I do not remember the error reason said on the blue screen. After it booted back up, I opened the web browser again, and it blue screened again.
