BSOD when i try turn on core isolation.

I recently updated from windows 10 to windows 11. Windows Security has been saying Memory Integrity is off. When I try enabling it, it asks me to restart my PC. then my pc load to "your PC ran into a problem and we're collecting info". then my pc restarted again, Windows load and I still get the warning about Core Isolation. I search the problem on the internet and on any thread I see requests to upload the Minidump. So please diagnose my Minidump and say why I got the BSOD and who to solve this. sharing_white_microsoft_community.zip
