BSOD Watchdog Timeout When Unplugged

Hello, I've recently updated my windows from 10 to 11. However, my laptop keeps having bsod when it's not charged. I've tried changing my RAM and the BSOD appears when it's charging too. I've tried changing my SSD, reset my laptop and use Windows 10 this time and the BSOD only appears when it's not charged. Can someone suggest a solution ?
