BSOD: VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL

Recently, I keep getting this BSOD at least once every time I boot up my laptop. I have tried almost every solution I can find in the Internet, such as sfc /scannow and Memory Diagnostic tool, but the BSOD still persists.
