BSOD video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error

I have MSI laptop with i7-9750H and RTX 2060Everything was working fine until an update on August then I started to get BSOD with that error VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR.I went to 3rd party maintenance shop and they've done a reballing to the GPU but the error is still thereI went to another shop and they changed the whole GPU with VRAM but the error still existing until I found Driver Verifier and I have followed the instruction then I have the mini dump fileCan you help me diagnose this error and fix it?Here you're the msinfo32 file and dmp file inside google driver folderhttps://drive.google.c
