BSOD: Video memory management internal

Hello there! My PC often crashes these days. As the title said, it is an error of the BSOD. After my pc crashed and I was forced to restart my pc, I found out that the same BSOD has a high chance of occurring again once I open any app. Screen tearing issues also occur sometimes in a few apps (e.g. Spotify, Discord, Google Chrome). And I tried press ctrl + shift + win + b keys to force reset DWM. I wonder if it was a video driver issue. Here is my minidump file: 021225-18390-01.dmp
