Hi! I'm using Acer Nitro 5 AN515- 57 laptop running on i5-1100H with RTX 3050. It came with Win10 and I upgraded to Win11, 10 months ago. I've been getting BSOD for a couple of months now with the following stop codes: VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR & PNP_DETECTED_FATAL_ERROR. These usually happen randomly, I haven't been able to pin point any specific action during my usage that has directly caused this. Also important to add: I play some HEAVY GAMES on this but haven't gotten a BSOD during that.How these errors generally happen: I get the VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR error first and then it does
