BSOD reporting KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION (13a) Need help identifying the cause

I'm having a BSOD issue as mentioned. I was able to get the minidump but have been unable to figure out the root cause.Here's a link: 112524-15765-01.dmpI've run all the recommended scans, and reinstalled windows. Though I kept my files. I also ran memtest against my ram which passed fine. My hunch is my graphics card is causing the issue. Will probable try to do a clean driver for that later.
