BSOD Relating to GPU

Over the last few months the BSOD's began and have been happening more frequently (2-3 times a week currently). They usually happen when system is under light load, it has only happened in a game once. From what I discovered googling the errors I am getting it seems to be GPU related. I have done a ddu and followed the instructions exactly but the issue has continued.
