Sometimes I randomly have a BSOD screens and can't get what this causes by.

The last one is PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50).

After spending some time on googling I noticed that many of answers relate this type of BSOD to hardware corruption (RAM, GPU, Video Card Memory). But I have also noticed (by information on the internet) that all BSOD errors caused by some "hardware corruption". What a dump?

But I was passed my hardware through some benchmarks.

RAM passed through memtest86 without any errors. GPU passed through some time in furmark and don't have corruption. I playing AAA games some time and don't have any freezes or BSODs during process. I was check HDD with chkdsk also and there nothing wrong too.

Help me please find out what happens actually.

Maybe full clean reinstalling of Windows with HDD format will fix the problem?

BSOD appears after 8 - 9 hours unexpectedly. Some days BSOD didn't appears at all and on the each second day it appear anyway.
