Bsod only when i'm not opening any games on my Laptop

I'm having constant error (Bsod) only when I'm not playing games, when it's having Bsod these following code thingy appeared frequently on the event viewer "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000008, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.
