BSOD on system start up, can anyone help?

Hello,I was looking for help regarding my BSOD errors. My minidumps are here:dumpfiles.zip appear on startup of the system, with increasing frequency, the messages very and are rarely the same:-IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (What failed: ntoskrnl.exe)-SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED-MEMORY_MANAGEMENT-HYPERVISOR_ERROR-CLOCK_WATCHOG_TIMEOUTThe first one, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is one that appears most of the time.
