Good day,

I've been experiencing occasional BSOD on my Dell E5570 after updating a bunch of drivers and a BIOS update as recommended by Dell's "detect drivers" feature. Unfortunately, no system restore point is available to revert back to prior to installing these drivers and I don't recall which drivers were actually updated in the process or what the previous versions were.

I have included the Minidump files below - the first set is prior to enabling drive verifier, where the BSOD occured once every few days. The second set is after enabling drive verifier (on all non-Microsoft drivers), where the BSOD occured a few times per hour.

Minidump files while drive verifier was disabled - BSOD message "APC_INDEX_MISMATCH":

Dropbox - Minidump 2019-06-27 BSOD (driver verifier disabled).zip - Simplify your life

Minidump files while driver verifier was enabled - BSOD message "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" additional text stating jnprns.sys:

Dropbox - Minidump 2019-06-27 BSOD (driver verifier enabled).zip - Simplify your life

I am under the impression that somebody here can analyze these files and help to pinpoint the issue. If so that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Edit: Here is a link to a Speccy printout if it helps in the diagnosis:
