BSOD - Missing 'Run as Administrator' from Right Click Command Prompt Menu

Currently logged on as administrator (it's the only user account on my device). I can confirm this using Start > 'my name' > Change account settings - it reflects that I am an AdministratorAfter tons of BSODs, decided to remove several programs and restart. Now sound does not play. (1) As such, I attempt to run SFC but now typing cmd on run does not bring up 'Run as administrator'. I will like to have it back for convenience.
